Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Fixed-Price Orders:
    • May be canceled prior to shipment for ready-stock items.
    • Full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Quotation-Based Orders (RFQs):
    • May be canceled before quotation acceptance or payment.
    • Booking money (5%) becomes non-refundable after dispatch or preparation begins.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days from the date of approval

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Fixed-price orders may be canceled prior to shipment for ready-stock items
  • Quotation orders may be canceled before quotation acceptance or payment
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method
  • Booking money is non-refundable after dispatch or preparation
  • Customers with two instances of false orders or failed deliveries may be restricted from using COD for the next ten (10) orders
  • Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of COD privileges

Payment Refund Process

Our refund process follows these steps:

  • Refund Request: Submit refund request through customer support
  • Review Period: 3-5 business days for request review
  • Processing Time: 7-14 business days for refund processing
  • Payment Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Notification: Email confirmation when refund is processed

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Booking fees after dispatch or preparation begins
  • Custom or made-to-order items once production starts
  • Digital products or services
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence
  • Products used or installed by the customer

Return Policy

Return conditions and process:

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Inspection: Items will be inspected upon return
  • Refund: Full refund minus shipping costs if return is approved

COD Restrictions

Cash on Delivery (COD) restrictions apply:

  • Customers with two instances of false orders or failed deliveries may be restricted from using COD for the next ten (10) orders
  • Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of COD privileges
  • Alternative payment methods will be required for restricted customers
  • Restrictions may be reviewed after 6 months of good standing
