Platform Overview

ARCHICONNECT Store ("the Platform") operates as a business-to-consumer (B2C) digital marketplace, enabling customers to purchase fixed-price items or submit Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for bulk or customized building and interior materials.

Customer Accounts

  • Provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Use the Platform solely for legitimate ordering and quotation purposes
  • Acknowledge that account access may be suspended or terminated for violations of platform policies

Ordering Process

Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors or their authorized agents are responsible for fulfillment and delivery
  • Estimated delivery timelines are communicated via listings or quotation documents
  • ARCHICONNECT Store will relay delivery updates based on vendor input
  • ARCHICONNECT Store will notify customers of any delays or changes
  • In case of disputes (e.g., incomplete deliveries, faulty products), customers must contact ARCHICONNECT support. While ARCHICONNECT will mediate, final resolution rests with the vendor

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Fixed-price orders may be canceled prior to shipment for ready-stock items
  • Quotation orders may be canceled before quotation acceptance or payment
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method
  • Booking money is non-refundable after dispatch or preparation
  • Customers with two instances of false orders or failed deliveries may be restricted from using COD for the next ten (10) orders
  • Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of COD privileges

Dispute Resolution

  • ARCHICONNECT Store will mediate within ten (10) business days
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Prohibited Conduct

    • Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
    • Upload malicious software or phishing content
    • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
    • Attempt to circumvent platform fees or processes

    Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban

    Limitation of Liability

    • ARCHICONNECT Store acts solely as an intermediary between vendors and customers and does not manufacture, stock, or directly deliver products
    • The Platform shall not be liable for product defects, delivery delays, or vendor-related disputes
    • Liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of the affected order or the amount paid by the customer, whichever is lower
    • ARCHICONNECT Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or reputation
    • Customers acknowledge that vendor performance, product quality, and delivery timelines are outside the direct control of the Platform

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. All legal matters shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka.
